Season 2 of Euphoria puts Fezco (Angus Cloud), everyone’s favorite neighborhood drug dealer, in a tough spot as he finds himself overwhelmed with conflict. After overcoming Mouse’s threat, Fezco feuds with Nate and has a rocky encounter with Nate’s father, Cal. Also, he has to keep a watchful eye because the police might be after him for his illegal activities and the murder of Mouse. Is Fezco dead?

Fezco launches the second season of Euphoria’ facing the threat of its supplier, Mouse. After settling the situation with Mouse’s boss, Laurie, Fezco returns to his drug business. In the ninth episode, Fezco prepares to attend Lexi’s play but never reaches the auditorium. In the second-season finale, “All My Life My Heart Has Yearned For Something I Can’t Name,” we finally learn what happens to Fezco and why he doesn’t show up for the play.

Custer, one of Fezco’s drug-dealing friends, tries to tell him about Mouse’s death in the finale. The police find Mouse’s body, creating trouble for Fezco and Ashtray. The police questioned Custer, and he ended up reporting Fezco. Thus, the drug-dealing brothers are in trouble. Fezco realizes that Custer has ambushed him. However, before Fezco can act, Ashtray kills Custer. Soon the police arrive at their door and Ashtray barricades herself inside the bathroom with guns. Ashtray opens fire on the police and accidentally shoots Fezco. Fezco begs Ashtray to turn himself in, but the kid ends up shooting a cop. In the end, Ashtray is killed by the police and Fezco is seriously injured.

Will Angus Cloud be in season 3 of Euphoria?

Actor Angus Cloud tries out the role of Fezco in ‘Euphoria’. Cloud is considered a series regular, and “Euphoria” has already been renewed for a third season. However, after Fezco is shot, the second season finale doesn’t reveal much about his fate. The injury and grief over Ashtray’s death could lead to Fezco succumbing to his injury. Therefore, Cloud’s involvement in the third season is questionable.

However, viewers need not worry as Fezco’s chances of survival are high. Fezco is a fan favorite and his relationship with Lexi was a highlight of the second season. Additionally, he is an integral part of Rue’s story, has his own personal journey, and Ashtray’s death will provide further conflict for Fezco. He might even try to turn away from a life of crime in the upcoming season. Therefore, killing off the character at such a time would rob viewers of the opportunity to see Fezco evolve and change. Therefore, even though Cloud’s involvement in the third season is not officially confirmed, viewers should hold out hope for seeing more of Fezco.
